1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Snaply AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all terms and conditions, you must not access or use the application.

2. AI Services & Important Disclaimers

Snaply AI provides artificial intelligence vision processing, optical character recognition (OCR), multi-modal object identification, and generative AI problem solving powered by deep learning models.

• Informational & Recreational Use Only: All outputs, analysis results, nutritional estimates, calorie breakdowns, plant care advice, math step-by-step solutions, code breakdowns, and skin assessments are generated algorithmically by artificial intelligence. They are provided strictly for general informational, educational, and personal convenience.
• No Professional or Medical Advice: Snaply AI is not a medical device, certified dietitian, legal advisor, tax consultant, or professional engineering system. Never rely on the app for emergency situations, allergy verification, medical diagnoses, or financial choices. Always seek the advice of certified healthcare and qualified domain professionals.
• No Warranty of Accuracy: Generative AI models are evolving technologies that can occasionally make factual errors or produce unintended hallucinations. We do not warrant or guarantee the complete accuracy, precision, or completeness of any generated analysis.

3. User Photos & Ephemeral Processing

• Ownership: You retain complete ownership rights in all photos, documents, and images you capture or upload to Snaply AI.
• Ephemeral Processing: Photos submitted for analysis are processed in volatile memory (ephemerally) over encrypted connections solely to generate your requested scan results. Your photos are not stored permanently on our servers, are never shared with advertising partners, and are not used to train public generative models.
• Prohibited Content: You agree not to submit images containing explicit sexual abuse material, illegal acts, violent content, hate speech, or third-party proprietary material that infringes intellectual property rights.

4. Accounts & Authentication

• Guest Mode & Sign-In: You may use the app as a Guest or sign in using Google Sign-In or email authentication.
• Account Security: If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your user ID.
• Acceptable Use: You agree not to probe, reverse-engineer, decompile, scrape, overload, or bypass security controls of the app or its associated backend infrastructure.

5. Advertising & Free Tiers

• Ad-Supported Services: Free tier and guest experiences are supported by third-party advertising networks, including Google AdMob and Meta Audience Network (Facebook Ads).
• Data Sharing for Advertising: As detailed in our Privacy Policy, third-party ad networks may collect and share device identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID) and coarse/approximate location to deliver relevant advertisements, prevent fraud, and reward user engagement (e.g., rewarded video scans).
• Ad Personalization: You may manage or opt out of personalized ad targeting at any time via your device's Google Ads settings or Meta account settings.

6. In-App Subscriptions & Purchases (Snaply Plus)

• Snaply Plus Tiers: Snaply AI offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions (Snaply Plus Monthly and Snaply Plus Yearly) providing ad-free usage, priority AI compute, and increased scan limits.
• Billing: Subscriptions and in-app purchases are handled exclusively through Google Play In-App Billing. Payment will be charged to your Google Play account upon purchase confirmation.
• Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription cycle. Your Google Play account will be billed for renewal within 24 hours prior to the close of the current period.
• Managing & Cancelling Subscriptions: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time directly through Google Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Following cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your paid billing period.
• Refunds: Refund requests are governed by and processed in accordance with Google Play's standard refund policies.
• Fraud Prevention: We collect and verify purchase tokens to enforce subscription validity, prevent fraud, and comply with platform security standards.

7. Intellectual Property

The Snaply AI application, software code, graphic designs, logos, icons, animations, and proprietary workflows are the exclusive intellectual property of Mehul Jetani / Snaply AI Team. You are granted a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive license to use the app in accordance with these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Snaply AI, its developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the application or reliance upon any AI-generated analysis.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the app, with or without notice, in the event of abusive conduct, fraud, unauthorized API exploitation, or violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service periodically. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the application signifies your agreement to any updated terms.
